We handle the whole replacement from permits to final inspection. Our Eltopia office pulls the permit, coordinates the dumpster, runs the crew, and schedules the building inspector. You sign the contract and we handle the rest.
Roof Repair
Missing shingles, cracked flashing, a leak over the kitchen. Whatever it is, we fix it. Our Eltopia repair crew runs 6 days a week. Most repairs take half a day.
Storm Damage Repair
Hail, wind, fallen branches. Washington storms do real damage to roofs. We respond within 24 hours, tarp exposed areas to prevent further damage, and start your insurance claim with a detailed inspection report.
New Roof Installation
Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles with Scotchgard algae protection. Ideal for Washington humidity. We also install Tamko Heritage laminated shingles for budget-conscious builds and Malarkey Vista AR with Flexor SBS polymer-modified asphalt for high-wind zones. Your installer should match your material choice to your climate, not just your budget.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam metal roofing with Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF finish. The coating that keeps color for 40+ years without fading or chalking. We install Sheffield Metals and McElroy Metal panels in 24-gauge Galvalume steel with concealed Z-clips. UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance. UL 790 Class A fire rating. Wind uplift tested to ASTM E1592. The only roof you'll ever need in Eltopia.
Shingle Roofing
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our Eltopia crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.
Flat Roofing
A flat roof that's ponding water is a flat roof with a problem. We install tapered insulation systems to create positive drainage to your scuppers or interior drains. No more standing water after rain.
Commercial Roofing
Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.
Gutter Installation
Clogged gutters cause fascia rot. We see it on every other house in Eltopia. We install new gutters with proper pitch, adequate downspout capacity, and optional gutter guards if you're done cleaning them twice a year.
Roof Inspection
Our 27-point roof inspection covers: shingle condition, granule loss, nail pops, lifting tabs, ridge cap integrity, valley flashing, step flashing at walls, drip edge, pipe boot seals, vent function, soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, downspout capacity, fascia condition, decking (from attic if accessible), and visible signs of moisture in the attic. Written report with photos emailed same day.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
Skylight replacement is often better than repair on units over 15 years old. VELUX FCM curb-mount replacement skylights install on the existing curb frame. No structural modification needed. Low-E laminated glass with argon fill for energy efficiency. Solar-powered blinds available for light control. VELUX No Leak guarantee when installed with the complete flashing system.
